The room was worn out and not very clean. We found chips and candy leftovers in the sofabed.

Hotel is close to the beach. Nice view on the bay.
Negatives:
The room needs an update, bathroom in particular. The hair dryer didn't work and the TV is a very cheap TV that I could not get the Roku add to go away.

Positives:
Location is near Miami Beach center 30 minutes away but it was nice and easy to reach.
Resturant at the hotel by the sea is a good alternative for lazy and tired nights. Drinks are great but not all the food. Go for cheeseburgers to be on the safe side.
Also staff especially cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful.

Good choice for Miami Beach...

Well located with parking, restaurant was convenient and food was good!
Negatives:
The lady at the front desk was not pleasant and made people wait a long time before taking care of their demand, and she had an ‘attitude’ with most of the guests. The floor in the room could used some cleaning. My little one was walking bare feet and his feet were black after a few minutes.

I like that it was close to the ocean I like that the facilities were all clean very good shape

What I didn't like was was the access to the beach although the ocean was within you from the balcony you really had no place to walk as far as the beach goes

You had to leave main reception of hotel to walk through car park past dirty greasy bin area to access lift area -Which was next to the Bar restaurant
