Pool was being renovated. Noisy works ongoing nearby. Corporate events going on. Food in the outside restaurant was not that good/fresh.
We booked for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) but the breakfast included was only for 2. Also, we were only allowed 2 sunbeds on the beach unless we paid extra. Surely, if you book for 4, everything should be for 4. Particularly as they were
children! All of these points should have been highlighted in advance. No bikes available to use.

Positives:
This is my favourite hotel in Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled, relaxed and trendy. The rooms are very modern, the beds are the best ever. Bathrooms are lovely. The hotel has everything one needs; nice pool area, great beach and options to eat and drink at the bar och restaurants. The staff at the entrance were constantly very friendly and helpful. Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, bar and most staff at the front office.
Negatives:
When checking out we were met by an unfriendly and impatient person who was not going to show the bill at first just asked of the full amount of money. Then when we noticed mistakes in the bill he got impatient and next to rude. Such a shame and pity as all other staff were lovely and so helpful and it was a wonderful stay apart from the last encounter.
