Positives:
The Hotel is on the ideal location. Beach facing and on the South Beach's main party strip. Every hotel here has a party/bar/club or live music scene. You could go and sit anywhere or just keep walking on it and it is a fantastic atmosphere.
The beach itself is pristine white sand with green water, not at all crowded
Negatives:
The room cleaning service felt a little delayed and the cleaners were not always brooming all the sand out. So we had to use slippers inside the room, and dust our feet off before getting in the bed. But will all of the other experience I can't complain.

It was clean. The location of the hotel.

The window was over looking another building. There was no view!!! The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a a helicopter was in the room.
