Positives:
Loved the location, 2bedroom suíte, Spa was great. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and once for dinner and the food was delicious. Employees were nice and respectful at all times. We’ll definitely come back
Negatives:
The mattress has an automated app to adjust for different firmness but wasn’t working. I called and was told an engineer would come up in 5-10 minutes but didn’t come or fix the problem. Not that we had a less good night sleep, but if you’re told that there’s a mattress Contrôle available for every bed, at least one bed should be able to do the job.

It used to be an exceptional hotel- I’ve been coming to relax and recuperate there since 2008. Unfortunately in a recent few years it’s getting worse and worse. It’s very sad for me to see how resort is offer less and less and charging more and more
