Terrible experience. Not trust in this hotel. After arrived with my reservation confirmed they just informed me that no rooms available and I neeed looking for another one, more Importante the reservation was no refund option.

The location for this hotel was fantastic, so much on the door step & minurs away from beach & Ocean drive.
Staff were so lovely & they kept our luggage for us with no charge. There is also a restaurant in hotel & it was fabulous! Had the most delicious pasta dish.
Negatives:
Felt the room was a little worn, furniture bit shabby & stained. Room slept 4 but only two of us which was perfect as it would have been far too small for 4 people.

Front desk person was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
When we got to the room there was a terrible chemical smell, bad enough that we had to leave the room, so we left the windows open and the fan on and it eventually cleared. We supposedly also had a "quiet" room. Well don't leave the window open as we did. It was very noisy - cars and motorcycles racing late into the night, and bottles being thrown in the trash. The safe was on the closet floor so to access it one has to literally lay on the floor! Finally, the bathroom was so small the shower door would barely open enough to get in!

Positives:
Location was fairly convenient as far as being in walking distance of restaurants and the beach since parking would have been difficult to find. Staff was friendly and mostly trying to be helpful but somewhat difficult to understand.
Negatives:
The hotel pumps a strong fragrance through the vents, possibly to cover up the old building smell or mustiness. However, that is difficult to take in being an asthmatic and made nights seem painfully long and uncomfortable in trying to breathe. Our particular room was also so tight you couldn't close the bathroom door without getting behind the toilet or into the shower first. The water pressure in the shower is also very light. The noise at night due to the nightclub, traffic, etc can be an annoyance too.
