Terrible experience. Not trust in this hotel. After arrived with my reservation confirmed they just informed me that no rooms available and I neeed looking for another one, more Importante the reservation was no refund option.
I came from Brazil around 10 hours by flight and happened this.

we were surprised there was no breakfast possible. - Just outside our room - the cleaning people had their container - a bit disturbing with the talk just ourside an open vindow in the morning...

The location for this hotel was fantastic, so much on the door step & minurs away from beach & Ocean drive. Staff were so lovely & they kept our luggage for us with no charge. There is also a restaurant in hotel & it was fabulous! Had the most delicious pasta dish.
Negatives:
Felt the room was a little worn, furniture bit shabby & stained. Room slept 4 but only two of us which was perfect as it would have been far too small for 4 people.

Lovely hotel in a nice...
Positives:
The location was great! It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were superb! They were very helpful even after our checkout time they let us borrow towels to bring to the beach and left our bags secured with them.
