MIA in the front desk was very polite & friendly. I was initially upset that the deposit policy was modified three days before I arrived, but she accommodated me and I had an amazing stay thanks to her. The food is great and I will stay at this hotel every time I’m on South Beach from now on

They have music really loud almost all day and night, which is really unacceptable for the rooms that are close to the restaurant from the hotel. We requested them to turn down the music but anyway it was really noisy, HARD TO SLEEP.
If you can choose another one i would recommend to do it.
