My room window seemed to be near a loud speaker playing non stop modern dance covers of old 90s songs to absolutely nobody outside until 3am. Couldn't sleep for a chilled out pumping techno version of papa don't preach and other 'hits'. So if you want to sleep this place is not for you... also I am convinced the panels above the bathrooms are old asbestos panels that have not been removed.

The location to the Convention center and the free cheap alcohol hh every day and rooftop pool. The beach area is about a block away and some great restaurant's close.

When you have to ask the front desk to please have someone vacuum the hallway as it is like walking through a dump and ask for a garbage can for your room and everyday retrieve your meager towels from the front desk daily -you know you are not in your happy place. Movie magic with the website people- the pool on main building is unusable , grown over ,there is standing water all around the old grungy chaises. You have to force your way through the taco restaurant if you were fortunate enough to be "upgraded to a suite " . The room was large I will give them that but the cleanliness and towel rack, towel paper racks are hanging on by 1 screw. There are no outlets 1 by one side of bed and we also had colleague with a room similar-he was afraid to put his bag on the floor.

Didnt like the location of our room, it was inside of a restaurant ! Didnt like the location of the hotel. Didnt like that it was NOT family friendly. Didnt like how dirty the room was. Dont like how they wouldnt issue a refund under the circumstances and issues we ran into.

The whole situation was kind of scary. We arrived at 9 o'clock at night. We were checking in and they told us we had to go to the next building over which there was a bar restaurant no signs for the hotel. There was no entrance to the hotel. You had to carry your luggage through diners. And into the bar. And then they wouldn't acknowledge us, finally I stop somebody and said. Hey, is this the place that we need to go? And they said no, they were sending us back to the original building, and I stated that the front desk sent us over here, and then they pointed to the back and said to go around a corner which there was an elevator.
I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances to female travelers. I felt like we were going into a front for the mob. No signs to tell us where to go. The door locks looked like a good kick could break in. Glad to leave the next morning.

It was like a crime to get new fresh towels they looked at us crazy ass hell the valet lost our car we was waiting for a 1.5 hours for valet to bring the car I missed my birthday rvsp at a nice restaurant due to this
