Positives:
I liked that it was easy access, quick check in, had a valet, right in the center of south beach.
Negatives:
it was very noisy in the night, door to enter hallway of rooms would slam (somthing management should look at). The floor above my room, in the middle of the night and in the morning heard a lot of slamming and sounds of dropping objects (I belive this was not done by guest, but more from people working in building).

When we arrived to the room it looked as if the room wasn’t even cleaned , i pulled the sheets down to get in the bed and it was hair all over the bed . I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets I was told I had to wait until the next day, so we basically had no choice but to lay on top of the sheets. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned either, usually I don’t write reviews but this was my worst experience staying in Miami.

Very convenient it was clean. The furniture was great. The rooms were clean. I had no problems overall.

The hallway smelled like mildew maybe because of the pool water when people get out of the pool and it leaks on the carpet, but that was the only issue

My first room was disgusting, it was dirty like it had not been cleaned yet. They did upgrade my room for free so that was nice. It was better in cleanliness.
If I needed anything I had to walk outside to the front desk. That was less than favorable.
They also didn’t have an area with a microwave, no cups or ice anywhere and the restaurant downstairs is separate from the hotel so they wouldn’t provide even plastic cups and silverware.
For almost $700 for 4 nights, they’re lacking extremely. My stay was not worth the price. ANNDDD they charged me $5 (Im assuming for the mini bar) and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone at the property to dispute this. I never used anything off of the mini bar (if you can even call it that), I purchased my own liquor.
