The hotel was so disgustingly dirty the sheets were filthy. I would recommend this hotel for yummy someone’s pet seriously stains all over the sheets, dust and dirt all over the sheets. The hotel was very noisy overpriced. Only thing I can say, is the area good close to everything terrible the nice day off is better than the morning staff, the boy they look like he’s from Hawaii makes black boy beautiful person that’s it

The keys weren’t working to get in and out.. No Bell hop to assist with our luggage. We were on the second floor and there was no assistance. Staff wasn’t very friendly.. We didn’t receive enough towels to shower. Not good customer service at all..

There is no early check in. I got to Miami at 10am they will hold your bags for you when you get there but check in is not until 3pm so you have to find something to do in the meantime.
There was a $300 deposit at check in that I didn’t know I had to pay until getting there
