Negatives: Bed was like a rock and there was not any hot water

Negatives: Smell, Entry flooded , & Lizard in roo.

Negatives: I liked the hotel but the mattress was so soft that it hurt my lower back, because I have a herniated disc. I suppose some people like that sort of bed but it’s not good for anyone with back problems because it gives no support.

Negatives: The only thing that was a little nerve-wracking is I stay in Room 111, and there is a very high step into the bathroom. If you are a heavy drinker, you might fall into the bathroom. If you can't lift your leg/knee high or if you have mobility challenges, you might not be able to lift your leg. High to step into the bathroom. Fortunately for me, I paid attention, I don't drink a lot, and I have no mobility challenges

Negatives: Sewer smell in the room. Dirty showers. The refrigerator had dirt and hair in it also to full of your items we could put nothing in the fridge. The Staff KATIE was rude and DISRESPECTFUL toward us!

Negatives: This Hotel is not posting the full real picture of what they really are , you can look up Jungle Hookah bar and cafe and you will find the real picture, i stepped in there into a Hookah lounge people smoking on the outside porch and vaping inside the lobby of the Hotel. I had my 6 year old son that i did not want to subject to that kind of place or to the dangers of walking in and out of the hotel lobby into the smoke of cigarettes hookahs and vapes. They are advertising themselfes as a family place this place is not suitable for any family with little childrean unless you want to expose your kid to smoking and inhaling the smoke going in and out of that lobby, and when we chose to leave this place did not refund our money and booking did not do anything about it either i already escalated this so they can investigate and post real pictures of the place showing the Hookah bar so other families will not chose to stay there and fall for their deceiving misrepresentation. On top of that they had only one person working 3 groups of people ahead of us checking in and we were not going to wait in line just to tell them how awfully deceiving this place is and io chose not to subject my kid to any more smoke inhalation since people were vaping in the hotel lobby. So we just left - we paid 248 $ and had to go find other places to stay and waisted precious time on our family vacation just because that place chose not to post the true pictures of wgat they really are .. A hookah Bar .. If i saw that in their discription i would have never bookd or stepped foot in that place. But that is not disclosed in any way and booking cannot protect you if you fall for that.

Negatives: No umbrellas and the little beach chairs.. Also the long commute to sister hotel to use the pool

Negatives: Rooms are listed as having sofas/couches and they don’t! We had a family suite and it had a chair not what was listed in the description
