Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Incidental Hold is $100 per night, during check-in with a major credit card (maximum $500 for any stay over 5 nights).

Cancellation Policy

Between Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Apr 16 and Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.
