They charge a $25 fee for very light smudges on the sheet. That is unheard of because clean sheets should be included in the room rate.

Poor service, extremely expensive for the value and service given, no iron, cleaning service didnt show up until 4pm each day. Mattress was worn. Hard to reach the front desk by phone.

The location was good as it was not in the busy beach area. It was fairly quiet.

The room was sparse. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed. There was a fee for coffee in the room and it was not replenished for 2 of our days. No face cloths and most days only 1 towel left. No shower mat except for the first day. Not a 4 star.

Old and worn. The online photos are not accurate. The city view rooms front Washington St. where there is loud noise all night long. My door lock barely latched and could have easily been broken into. Exit door next to my room was slammed shut all night.

The only thing this had going for it was the location but even that was horrible! It was close to stores rest and the beach but the block it was on was awful there were homeless people just sleeping all over the block!

The rooms were not that clean. There was housekeeping outside my door at 9 pm vacuuming!! We got to the hotel a little early and could not get into our room till the 4 oclock check in but the people in front of us did. The room wasnt even that clean lro

Trs bien situ! 3 min pied de la plage et un restaurant direct dans l'htel et stationnement public a 2 min. Dcoration au got du jour et grande douche. Le prix est excellent! Nous avons payer pour un dimanche une nuit ---$ avec les taxes comprise

La piscine est trs petite. L'ascenseur fais beaucoup de bruit et semble tre non scuritaire et le tapis dans les escaliers et glissant et vieux.

The worst is part of the staff, there are some employees that are VERY RUDE. I FELT LIKE AS IF I WAS DELIVERYNG A SERVICE TO Them. THERE IS A VERY TATOO GUY THAT DIDN'T HELP IN ANYTHING i asked him.

The location is perfect. Collins is a block over and you're right in the middle to get to points like Espanola Way and Lincoln Rd. The Limonada restaurant is great for breakfast, drinks, hookah and relaxing if not up to walking/ubering anywhere.

It's not a 4 star as advertised but clean with a great restaurant adjoined (Limonada). You have to request wash cloths and any extra towels from the concierge.

The guy on the lobby at the morning was very rude. The hotel just said that they didn't have the room type that I select. They don't offer any solution for that issue.

Room smelled musty. There was mold spots in between the window panes. The shower barely worked and didn't work at all the following morning. The elevator sounded like it wanted to die. We took the stairs after the first time going down. Old hotel.
