This is the best value on Ocean Drive. The location cannot be beat. The hotel itself is iconic. Look all over the place and it's always a photo of this hotel on postcards of Miami South Beach. The room had all the amenities we needed for our brief stay. The front desk is friendly and they can store your luggage before and after your stay.

The lack of cleaning service was not expected. I understand not disinfecting the room every day, but we were a group of females and trash piled up quickly. We didn't see a trash dump anywhere to toss. Most hotel cleaning services will come in to pick up the trash at least. Also, we called the front desk and requested a new set of towels on the 2nd day.. they said to leave our old towels on the table in the hallway stacked. After an hour, we had to call again and were notified there were no more towels available.... really!!! We waited almost another hour and finally given towels. restroom was tiny!!! Grout is missing in some areas.
