The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel is in the middle of south beach and near the ocean, the restaurant naked taco in the hotel is very good, the rooms have in general everything you need altough the conditions could be better
Negatives:
Entry to the hotel room is through a restaurant, they have a very poor crisis management (the table glass in our room exploded due to the music/bass on the rooftop) alternative room was a downgrade between restaurant and rooftopparty (sleep not an option) elevator was constantly occupied by party people or did not work at all the last two days (our room was next to the stairs) were promised a refund for the inconveniences, when checking out had a very uncomfortable discussion with assistant manager because refund was not on the invoice. He did not offer to call the manager or listen at all, simply dismissed us. We had to call the manager after checking out. Got the refund 5 days later. Expected more service orientation for a member hotel of the Hyatt group.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to so many fun things in South Beach! My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our birthdays and I paid extra for the flower petal package and it was sooooo worth it! We felt like VIPs our entire stay! The staff was amazing and so kind! I definitely recommend staying here anytime you’re in South Beach!

Pool is not attached dream hotel, it is at their sister hotel a block up, but still close and fun to have as an option!
