Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff were so friendly and helpful and our room was gorgeous. Will definitely be back!

Sadly the rooftop was closed so we couldn’t use the pool which we were really looking forward to, we also didn’t get any notice from the hotel that this would be the case, we found out from a sign in the lift

Great location. Andy and Jessica greeted us warmly. Lovely extra touches such as a welcome drink on arrival and free drink every evening plus complimentary bicycles. Within easy walking distance to the beach and great bars and restaurants right outside the hotel. Has a rooftop but that was under construction so didn’t see it.

Breakfast was very good! Pleasant staff and the location was beautiful
Plenty of restaurants were in walking distance and food was excellent, especially the pasta…..
Negatives:
The beer we like wasn’t found at any bar….not many bars in the area so made it more difficult.
We drink Budweiser and no one carried that beer…..
Made the stay not so pleasant.
The roof top was under renovation which was not disclosed at the time of our booking. Very disappointed.
Paid for amenities which were not provided.

Location was good…Hotel was clean...
Positives:
Great location but no room to the even open 2 bags as no floor space. Most annoying was fact room had virtually no light! Only tealights by bed; had to use flashlights to do anything in the evening. Also the '10-15 ' minutes wait to get car- paying $45 per day- took a full 30 minutes. Hotel should have given a more accurate wait time .

The hotel is near to the beach and in a wonderful area. Breakfast was great and for lunch/dinner a lot of restaurants are nearby. Very friendly and supportive staff.

I didn’t like the fact that upon checking out, I had to pay $85 for an umbrella does not make any sense and I feel like I got robbed. They were not trying to understand and they charge me for the umbrella which I didn’t really have a control over. I want my Money back because this is the total set back upon leaving to go home.

Expensive food eat all around...

The location was great, so close to the beach and lots of restaurants
Negatives:
We booked the hotel as it also had a pool, it was disappointing to find out that the pool was under renovation and we weren’t told in advance. They offered us to use a different hotel’s pool 7 min walk away that it was way too small to accommodate 2 hotels guests and just not convenient.
We had free bikes included but the hotel only has a few bikes available so even at 8.30 in the morning, the bikes were taken

Good location and cute small...
Positives:
Great location close to beach and many restaurants and bars. Hotel has a great vibe and is nicely decorated. Room was clean and well maintained, equipped with everything necessary. Great that daily use of beach chairs and towels were included.
Negatives:
The room was a bit on the small side and the pool/bar was closed for renovation at the time of our stay (set to reopen midway November 25). Both of this I knew before booking so not really a complaint.

They should have shared in advance that main facilities were closed i.e pool and roof top, which are the main reasons why we choose this hotel.
