Spacious , clean, pretty, nice staff, breakfast very good, especially enjoyed the omelette station. Very good value. Location perfect for our needs. View of water and small balcony nice.pool area and outside seating convenient.
Negatives:
The room was generally cleaned around 5 every day. Way too late. Not pleasant to deal with room in such condition all day and made it difficult to shower and get ready to go out . They need more cleaning staff. They did a nice job once there. Also recommend a few bigger tables for seating near buffet in lobby as many larger groups/ gatherings. Most seating just for 2.

Positives:
I have stayed in all the Grand Beach hotels because I like the neutral colours, spacious rooms and attractive outside areas in each. The Grand Beach Bay Harbour is located 10 minutes from the beach but overlooks a waterway which is just as good. Reception is excellent.

The hot tub did not work. My handheld shower did not work. My sink did not go down properly and they never cleaned the room until I asked them to just take the garbage out and bring me towels. I had a wait a whole night for that.
