This is the first time this has happened to me! I booked the hotel through booking. The hotel mistakenly charged my card $440. Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception did not see this payment. When leaving, I also calculated all necessary payments without taking into account the amount mistakenly withdrawn from my card. I wrote about the problem in Booking, they redirected it to the hotel’s email, I’ve been writing for a whole week now, and I haven’t received a response. I requested a printout of my payments from the hotel so that my bank could cancel this payment, but I did not receive a response! A hotel of this level probably does not value the loyalty of its guests! I ask management to pay attention! I am a restaurant owner and I understand for sure that every guest is more valuable, without exception.

Great location, with a beautiful beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The kids spent hours in the pool and enjoyed it a lot.
Negatives:
The AC is really noisy, it's hard to sleep with the AC on.
Some of the equipment in the fitness center is missing parts or not working at all.

The room was dirty, the water in the shower did not drain, it flowed straight into the room. The room was cleaned every day, but the floors didn’t seem to be washed.

Beautiful location, beautiful pool had pool boys Beach boys that would bring you drinks and food. It was great.
Negatives:
They charged you for every single little thing. My drinks were 30+ dollars for a single drink. It was insane. I literally for one night spent almost 1000 bucks.
