The location of the hotel was perfect for us to get to the event that we were there to attend. The room was comfortable. Linda in the boutique was extremely helpful. The restaurant servers were also very pleasant. The spa service and spa staff at the Grand Beach Surfside were inviting, pleasant, and welcoming.

The front desk staff at check-in. The front desk staff members were not necessarily rude, but they were also not welcoming and cordial.
