We walked into a strong smell of mildew. The hotel must be under construction because we heard banging constantly. The hallways were marked up with scuff marks. The front staff when we arrived didn't seem to be welcoming , but they were nice enough to check us in early. The room was nice but then when you looked you could tell construction wasn't either complete or the contractor didn't do a great job. There was paint all over the bathroom window, the lighting fixtures didn't have bulbs, and the one over the sink had plaster missing around it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the fan didn't work in the bathroom. In the shower there were still measurements on the shower tile and the shower didn't drain properly. We only stayed there over night so it sufficed.

Cute hotel in an amazing location. Easy to get around with trolley stops nearby and tons of shops and restaurants and other amenities nearby.
