BIOHAZARD-ACTIVE MOLD-HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Staff AT THE FRONT DESK IS A GOOD STAFF MEMBER BUT MANAGER IS NOT THERE AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS NOR PHONE CALLS. I HAVE BEEN LEFT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AT A TIME WHEN I CALLED TO GET REFUNDED 10X!

NO!!!!!! MOLD GROWING ON THE SHOWER-HEAD, THE SHOWER NOB WAS BROKEN AND ONLY COLD RELEASED. THE TOILET STAYED RUNNING&FLUSHED ITSELF EVERY 5 MIN. THE WINDOW A/C UNIT WAS UNCAULKED, LETTING IN MOSQUITOS. NO BREAKFAST EXISTS! Not enough space to type al

Very unprofessional and not at all helpful staff at least during check in, Elevator is a scary machine and hard to believe this type to elevator service existing on earth Didn't feel any help available around There is a non-functioning computer in the ? lobby, no internet option, no printing option etc etc
