I had an absolutely terrific three weeks staying at the Chelsea Hotel. The entire staff was fantastic, they accomodated every request. Estella was amazing while keeping my room clean and looking wonderful through my entire stay. Erick and the whole front desk staff were also just as amazing. I've had simply the best time these past three weeks. I will certainly tell all of my friends about the Chelsea Hotel.

Honestly, I've had such a wonderful time, there really isn't anything that I can think if that didn't meet expectations. I absolutely will return here in the future.

Amazing, everything was really fantastic, very clean, excellent customer service, they speak English and Spanish, good bathroom, comfortable beds, close to the beach and clubs, I'm impressed with the quality, they have an excellent cuban restaurant

There were flies and insects in the room and could not sleep. when asked the hotel was full and alternate arrangement could not be made. I raised a complaint to the management and booking.com but no support from both sides

Loved our room location. Bathroom was large- We had the handicap bathroom and although at first when I walked into the room it turned me off, but it ended up being a nice surprise as the shower was huge. Beding and sheets were crisp. Staff was attentive. AC worked great!

.Maybe the extra fees, but I guess that could be anywhere in Miami, or the advertisement of free complimentary happy hour---then to find out it is a 22 minute walk from the hotel at a stister hotel. Why not at the Chelsea location.
