Positives: Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating, letting us have a late check out when we had a late flight home. Always plenty of fresh towels. Rooms well equipped, spacious and clean. Location great for exploring south beach. Free Beach trolley stops close by.

Negatives: Staff in the Tavern weren’t as friendly as the hotel staff. Food nice.
