Great location - a few steps away from the beach and several restaurants.
Negatives:
If you're looking for a relaxing staying, i wouldn't recommend this hotel. The AC in the rooms were extremely loud and even with ear plugs we could hear it. They also have a bar/lounge at the bottom that plays loud music until 2am which wasn't in my list of desires on my relaxing trip to the beach.

Breakfast was okay. I'm glad that the general manager tried to fulfill our requests (but it's a pity that we had to ask for it. For example, to bring us towels to the room). The location is incredible. 2 minutes to the beach, nice restaurant inside, everything is close by and very convenient
Negatives:
When they cleaned the room, they did not leave us clean towels and we asked and waited for them for 2 hours. The terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom is just horrible! It is impossible to stay longer than 7-10 minutes. There is no kettle in the room to heat the water. The room is very small for 4 people.
