My hotel room was extremely dirty, my room was detached from the hotel and I felt very unsafe. There was multiple times I had people following me to my room that worked at the hotel.

Not in a nice area, not clean, most staff were unhelpful, room not set up, difficult to get ahold of hotel staff, definitely not anywhere close to a five star hotel
The bed was the worst!!! Bed was sunken to the floor by headboard and no box spring..just a mattress on wood!!
Loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with balconies. The rooftop pool was clean and looked great. All staff was very kind and helpful. They also provided beach towels and umbrellas to guests.
Valet system could be better. Everytime I called the valet or the lobby, the phone rang w/ no answer. Seemed only 1 valet person on shift at a time & always had to wait very long to get the car. One time we waited for 30 mins & were late to reservation.

Getting ahold of the front desk is impossible. We were forced to stay in their Ã‚'separate buildingÃ‚' that is completely rundown and unclean. They donÃ‚'t tell you that room service must be requested in advance, and they never mentioned the daily reso

I purchased a 5 star hotel but did not get a "5 star hotel" by any means.
What a amazing hotel. The best one night stay of my life! Room was clean- hotel was 5 star and balcony was amazing for an coffee.
No coffee pot in room. Wishes bed had a few more pillows and towels. Main restaurant was not opened.
The location is nice for the area. The hotel pool is wonderful but is was disappointing to have the bar/restaurant hours not clear, covid reduced hours. The new part of the hotel is nice but do not get suckered into an 'upgrade' with a queen suite.
We were very disappointed by the lack of staff the first two days of our stay. We waited almost an hour to check in after being told to 'come back in 20 mins and your room will be ready'. Also had a homeless person sleeping outside our main floor balcony.
I do regret my last-minute decision to select this hotel instead of Confidante by Hyatt. First, The location is bad. They take advantage of covid, would not provide daily housekeeping , not even change towels. Overall all bad vibe around.

Yes, paying for the parking $40 a night plus the daily resort fee is not convenient at all. It would be easier just to increase the daily price.
