Location of the hotel is great. Hotel facilities are beautiful, clean and modern. Good size of the room and had a small terrace to use. I love how pet-friendly Kimpton's hotels are and this is no exception. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Hotel stay prices are good but other amenities, bar and restaurant prices are higher than those of similar hotels nearby. The food was ok, just not great.

Negatives:
First the room fridge was froze over and not working and the air conditioner wasn’t working , called maintenance he removed the filthy air filter that had not been changed in months . Next, you have to do valet parking with them , and May 26,2023 my car was moved from
the hotel on three occasions while I was walking to various locations for enjoyment .Therefore , after confronting staff and operations manager , they did nothing but insulted my daughter and I , which in turn we checked out at 8 am Wednesday morning instead of Thursday morning. Very displeased with staff and upper management along with thru still have not refunded my money as they said they would .
