location is great. Not directly on SOBE but close enough.

I paid for a one bedroom suite. They initially gave me a studio. WHen I went to the front desk to complain they told me the hotel was sold out. I showed them my RSVP. After some haggling and calls they told me they would switch me to the suite.

Staff rude, but finally reached out to someone on the phone and got partially resolved our issue. So I changed my original review While trying to deal with our issues there where 4 more people in the lobby complaining and trying to resolve their issues. And another person right after us. Booking.com charged me deposit, and had different advertising price. Hotel charged deposit again. And then they put us in completely different room. Over all nice hotel that becomes undesirable place to stay due to all that nonsense.
