Positives:
Great facilities. Beautiful pool with keen and helpful staff (especially Eric and Craig), next to the beach with included loungers (but $28 per day for an umbrella…), good facilities for kids (small soccer area, table tennis, fussball, console room, kids club), included banana boat ride, kayaking and paddleboarding were fun (only able to kayak/paddleboard on one day because of the water conditions).
Excellent (but expensive) breakfast at Preston’s.
Good location a short walk from Ocean Drive and the art deco quarter.
Negatives:
We were put in a room on the worst floor (5th floor - only floor with no balconies and obstructed views). We don’t really care much about the view and the room size was fine.
Bathroom was a little dated. Again, not an issue for us.

Location is great but for the price point I wouldn’t stay here. Feels like a Vegas style hotel. Rooms seem a bit dated. First room had bugs in the shower, switched to a different room and then got noisy neighbors. Wouldn’t recommend. They use the term upgrade very casually but all the rooms are practically the same.
Negatives:
Do better on the house keeping. First room had bugs in the shower, second room had a dirty counter space. For the price, they should be top tier on their housekeeping services.

The hotel pools appear to be pretty nice. The view from the breakfast outside was pretty nice.

My wife and I stayed one night due to a conference taking place at the hotel. We stayed on the older side of the hotel which was not impressive considering the amount for the cost of the room. we will never stay again.
