Between Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I love the location & also the grand look of the hotel as you coming up. It really made you feel like you were on vacation.

Negatives: Some things in my room looked a little outdated as far as furniture and I’m not sure what would you call where the tv was located. But the mini bar area was a little disappointing from that standpoint. My fridge wasn’t cool/cold at all and again that part of the room seems a little outdated for the type of money you spend. Other than that I have no further complaints or dislike

Negatives: The checkout extension was very poor. For 4 hour extension a full day charge is really not such a great idea. They disconnected my wifi the moment i checked out (gave a poor feeling) though i could use some of the facilities till i left the hotel at 5 pm.
