Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 22% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: I loved having an ocean view room with a balcony. I also like the location because it's convenient but quiet.

Negatives: The staff was very friendly but maybe understaffed? It was hard to get someone to answer the phone. Also my husband arranged for a birthday package but they forgot to deliver it, so I got it the day after my birthday- my husband had to call again.

Positives: Location. The views from my room were beautiful!

Negatives: Price. As well as the $100 per night charge for room damage insurance I was not expecting. I thought it was going to be sent back to me after my stay. I guess not.

Positives: Friendly receptionists. Rooms with sea view are very nice. Good GYM. Pool and Jacuzzi very nice.

Negatives: Extremely slow service in the Valet, Pool bar and long lines in reception. Alex Lopez and the valet manager made a confusion and argued with me about different parking options, which they did not explain properly. Telephones don't work, in any of my family's rooms.

Positives: Close to the beach Nice pool

Negatives: The toilet broke in our room. After two attempts a part was replaced and it was fixed. The agent gave us a $50 credit. The umbrella for the beach cost $25 day. I ordered one margarita by the pool and it was $25 plus tip. Stupid expensive
