I will start with the good things: the staff of this hotels is very amazing, kind with all quality. The view when you take your breakfast it’s crazy but the hotel is old… refresh is necessary

Hotel cleanliness was very poor and they insist on not offering daily housekeeping. The room furnishings are below mediocre and the bathroom is too small to be comfortable. The service isn’t great either - wouldn’t give us bottles of water

The hotel was ok the room was bad the shower didn’t work and we ask the lobby many times to fix at but no body fix at room 707.
The tv didn’t make a sound there is problem with the tv over definitely don’t worth 200$ a night.
The deposit was insane 200$ per night not cool at all ??
I took 3 rooms with my family i pay 1800$ deposit.
Definitely not coming back there.

We had bed bugs the first night in one the rooms and after requesting they changed us to another room . It was a pretty bad experience for us as I got my 2 year old kid. The next few days were left with those ichy sensation . One bad experience spoils your whole stay . Also came to notice that they clean the room once in 3 days is not at all hygienic after paying so much and expecting the property to be clean. Never recommend anyone traveling with kids to these kind of properties. This is my first time facing such kind of problems.

Nothing. We were exposed to black mold in the bathroom. All other the tiles. The walls. The hallways were filled with mildew. I am still waiting to get reimbursed. This is a crisis there. People can get very sick.

Staff was not really friendly, way too relaxed, room was dirty and they said would only clean after three days, it is an old great hotel. Won’t come again!

There are better deals around with better people.
Positives:
Location, layout, waterfront pool. Definitely a younger adult party crowd at the pool on a Saturday afternoon. Food and drinks were very good, waitresses and pool attendants accessible and helpful. Hotel served its purpose of a night before cruise stay.

Nice boutique hotel, waterfront (bay) location, convenient to South Beach, restaurants, shopping.

The location and the size of the room.

The room needs more features for accessible visitors. The bathroom needs a grab bar because the floor can be slippery when showering. Even if you are not disabled, you can slip and fall in the bathroom, adding a grab bar would be ideal.
Also, the from desk staff is not friendly. They always had a face from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. No smiles or sense of welcoming. Every other staff from the restaurant to the valet parking and housekeeping were nice.
