Negatives:
First time in Miami Beach. Not a lot happening up the North end where this property is located. Had to get ubers every day.
If you want somewhere a bit more quiet, definitely recommend it. If you want to be more central, I would recommend staying in South Beach.
Didn't like the $200 usd holding charge per day. We were there for a week.

Condition of the building and pools. Communication in what was offered. Food choices very limited. Construction stopped us from renting bikes. No late night activities. Pool closed at dusk. None of this was explained on check in. Half of the TV channels did not come in Clearly.
