That it was next to the beach

They knowingly gave us a room with broken beds and a room that smelled like cigarettes. When we got in our room we told them, they came and both guys smelled it and sprayed the room. Cristofer said yes the beds had already been notated so it made no sense why they put us in a room knowing this. Beds sunk all the way in the middle and a chunk was missing from my mattress wiring. Staff could care less. They were sold out both nights and we were never switched which was just the worst experience ever because after we were out all day we couldn’t even sleep in peace. (And we checked the wooded part under the beds and they weren’t broken, it was a bad mattress which doesn’t just happen over night so it makes sense that they knew about it) building has a wet bad smell too outside of the front office

Monica was amazing at check in. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The gent at checkout was the worse person to be at the front desk. Not willing to help. I asked to store bags he told me to check myself and see if I can get space. I had to store my bags in another hotel because he didn't even try to help. I guest he knew he will give terrible service hence he didn't even have a name badge

The smell and the beat up bed. There was a strong chemical smell to cover the smell of mildew. The pool did not look like the pictures. Truly this hotel should be listed as motel.
