Rude front desk staff. The hotel did not have Wifi. No telephone in the room. No phone signal. The front desk didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. Instead he said oh you can come sit at the lobby and use your phone data!!

It was very outdated you had to go through the restaurant to get to your room. Check out was 11:00 we were waiting on Uber when staff knocked on the door at 11:02 and told us to get out. Exact words is Im kicking you out

Smelling stair cases, not so good bed. It was bad on one side. Spoilt Iron box, No Iron Stand, Bad key and lock for Bathroom door. Bad attitude towards the customers, especially from the bar room during happy hours. Not friendly at all.

My A/C was controlled by another guest room. According to the rude guy in the front desk they cant controlled it. The guests on this room kept turning off the A/C therefor it was hot.

I was very disappointed in the rooms as well as the hallway. It was always super hot in the hallways. The room air did not seem to work all that well and the lighting was just not that great.

The room was completely dirty and quite damp. The air conditioning didn't work and it was hot. The delivery of the room was quite delayed. The person at the reception was very rude when asking for extra towel. I don't recommend it at all.

*Deposit whitheld without reason or justification. They charge a deposit for the rooms, but they only accept credit cards without a pin (was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com or their website), which i didn't have, so i had to pay trough Apple Pay. I had 3 nights and they said that i'll be receiving the deposit back next day after check out. At checkout they said nothing about it, and i assumed it was fine. The room was in the same condition when i checked out, as was when i checked in. I've received zero notices, complaints, observations or notifications about it, from them. They didn't refund the deposit i put down for the room. It's been almost a month and I've tried to contacting them, but no replies. This issue and their lack of communication on this issue is disgusting and makes me feel like i've been swindled. The magnetic cards they give you for the rooms demagnetize if you look at them the wrong way, so you always have to go back to the reception to re-magnetize them to be able to go to your room.
