Location was the only highlight of the hotel.
Negatives:
First off the room was dirty, the wiring must be bad every time touched the lamp it shocked him. Also had a moldy fridge and no coffee maker either. The ac went out in our room and for 4 hours we got the run around. The blonde lady at the front desk is incredibly rude and not very helpful. They have happy hour so you don’t complain about the property. 2nd room was in another building that isn’t secured at night it’s wide open. Found many bugs in the bathroom and you have to ask for toilet and towels. The hallways smelled like pot and mildew and probably some dead animal. The whole place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt so all the buildings connect together. The pool is big enough for 2 people. 1 room had a phone but didn’t work and the 2nd room had none. So you have to go to the front desk for everything and known of them spoke English very well. I’m actually surprised the Florida health department lets this place keep running. 4 days there never saw anyone clean anything from mopping to vacuuming never once saw a cleaning time. I’ll be calling the health department it’s not safe to breathe in the mold spores.

Oceanside have not yet refunded my advance 100 USD even after a month. No response to any of my reminder mails. While taking the advance, reception staff said the refund will be immediately on check out.
This is making us lose trust on your booking partner, Booking.com also for referring/recommending your hotel.
The housekeeping service was also poor. Bath towels collected was not replaced. Going for a shower, I had to dress again, come to reception, wait and collect towels. Intercom was not working. Room key card reader in the door is of poor quality. Every time it opened only after repeated attempts. Reported to reception about the issue no solution

The place needs to be renovated it has paint peeling in the rooms. The bed wasn't put together properly it fell in a bit when sat on . The ice bucket had mold on it. The water didn't get hot enough. It smells like mildew and basement much like mildew and cement mixed together. There was no parking available. We had to get into our rooms by traveling through a restaurant which also reeked of mildew and cement it was nauseating I would never be able to eat there.
