The staff was super friendly, the room was huge and even better than the pictures and the area was great!! Only 3 minutes from the beach and cafes and CVS around the block. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay when...
Positives:
Hotel room was clean, no odors, bed was good to sleep and location was ok. Not too far from the beach or the center of the Miami Beach.
Negatives:
100usd/night deposit, which still after one week of leaving the hotel is not paid back. Arrogant receptionist. Semi dirty pool area on top of the roof. Junkies in the neighborhood. View from the window was directly to the wall of the next house -> no sun light in the room. Lack of hangers in the wardrobe.

Positives:
I liked that there were multiple pool options, including one pool in the shade surrounded by bamboo, so we didn’t have to wear sunscreen there and the temperature of the pool was like a nice warm bath. I liked the walkability to South Beach.
Negatives:
They don’t hold luggage, so you can’t explore the area until you are in a room, and getting heavy luggage to and from the multiple buildings is difficult. They have a ramp on their stairs for the building we were in, but it was steep. I feel that people with mobility issues would have a hard time with this building. The elevator wasn’t working in our building initially, so I had to haul 2 heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs, but the elevator issue was resolved later in the day. The rooms are nice, and I appreciated the large living room space for repacking before leaving, but there weren’t a lot of places to hand towels nor wet swimsuits for more than 1-2 people in the room. There also weren’t a lot of walkable restaurant options, so that made finding food for picky kids difficult.

As soon as we arrived only one staff was partial to decent customer service not sure if it was a bad day but it made you not want to communicate with them. Was put in a top floor elevator was not working entire stay, seem a roach on kitchen cabinet , then woke up to bug in bed none after those two , Shower would not get hot so they were quick , next trip stay will be somewhere else.

I loved the balcony, the pool, and how close the property was to the pool and strip.
Negatives:
The thermostat didn’t work and the shower didn’t really get hot. Housekeeping and painters enter your room at the weirdest times. They knock once and then open the door not giving you the opportunity to even answer.
