The rooms and the bay views.
Negatives:
breakfast was over crowded and not enough also the the Friday. Right food food needs improvement. The shuttle was erratic on timing. Location is a little far from the coast.

A great kosher hotel but...
Positives:
Horrible customer service, no integrity at all. Put fake charges for valet on my card when I Ubered to a from the hotel! Charges were disputed with my bank!
