Very clean, no odors, good mattress and water pressure, easy to navigate.

Major renovation work has virtually shut down everything but the sleeping quarters, very limited dining options and the demolition and construction noise was constant through the day.

Location is very convenient. She staff is friendly. It used to be a great hotel but not anymore.
Negatives:
The whole property is a construction site - which is not advertised anywhere. There are basically no functioning amenities - no pool, no restaurant, even the room minibar is empty. As compensation, they only reduce the resort fee from $45 to $20.

The staff did the best they could, given the hotel conditions. Unfortunately they do not have much to work with.
Negatives:
So odd that this property feels comfortable charging a 4-star nightly rate when 90% of the amenities are under construction. The grab and go market and beverage store are not set up well, AND one of the elevators was down! There was so much time wasted waiting for the elevator, this is the worst stay I've ever had. I couldn't wait to check out of the property.

It should’ve been highlighted Moore regarding the renovations and lack of facilities , we felt the message was sort of hidden , only got a text stating renovation and lack of facilities AFTER paying , hotel gave a discount of 20% to use restaurant next door but first night the facility had a private function and after that we noticed it didn’t open until after 6.30 so not ideal . After seeing the pictures we feel sure the Confidante will be AMAZING . Feel very strongly that it was extremely overpriced (£275 per night ) for lack of facilities on offer

The facility needs a lot of modernization, our room was supposed to be HC the bathroom doesn’t come close no grabbers , there is a step into the shower no seat . There restaurants were closed and there is no swimming pool. When I. booked I was not informed of the closed facilities. I paid 4,300 for a 7 day stay.
