Front desk female was wonderful in explaining there rules of a cashless hotel..l didn't know this had to wait for family member to come to pay..they decided they didn't want to stay there..so since they didn't come we just waited for my cousins party at the Airbnb my family got for 2 days..

There was this black male that never told us who he was decided to circle my friend and l waiting in the lobby..he also lied about were the bathroom was..he made us uncomfortable when he just walked up to us are you waiting to check in..l said who are you he never said and had no name tag or nothing..he kept walking around us about 3 or 4 times within 2 hrs as l waited for my cousin to come check in with me..l thought he was unprofessional and decided to leave.. didn't feel safe staying by myself another 2hrs in lobby so l left..

The Gates seemed pretty run down - definitely needs updating. It was a dark room, felt a little institutional in the halls and the room. It’s unfortunate because the location is great!

Our room was not set up on the first night so had to wait four hours for an additional room to be assigned to accommodate the family. We then had to checkout and check back in to another room on day two. Other than the initial inconvenience the stay was as expected.

The room I paid for was to include a balcony, but I wasn't given one. The pictures also suggested the room was much bigger than it already was. Finding parking was a challenge at first, it wasn't straight forward and instructions before arrival would help
