Negatives: The pool area needs re doing - sunbed mattresses worn and uncomfortable and the general area needed upkeep/re grouting etc.

Negatives: Easy clean and handy

Negatives: Did not like that all lounge chairs around the pool came with a $500 minimum food and drink order

Negatives: Terrible accommodation, horrible room service, they didn't treat us at all.

Negatives: The lift mechanism is clearly at fault. A repair would be preferable.

Negatives: Overall I liked the hotel and would stay there again, but some things to note. The hotel looks like it has already started to feel a bit run down, even though it opened fairly recently, which made me a little sad because I really want to see this place do well. That’s why I’m writing — I hope this feedback helps. The color of the umbrellas, cushions, and other poolside furniture is already fading, there's visible rust in some areas, and some pillows and cushion covers are torn. I think that a bit more care with the furniture — refreshing paint, reupholstering, and ongoing upkeep — would go a long way. I also really love how tech-forward the hotel is, but there were a few tech malfunctions during my stay. For example, I arrived before check-in and was told I would receive a text when my room was ready, but that message never came. The staff handled things very professionally, which I appreciate, but ideally they wouldn’t have to step in to compensate for the tech if the systems are meant to be part of the guest experience. Lastly, I’m not sure the bed was fully re-made each day — I actually found a pair of my socks from the previous night still tucked inside the sheets when I got into bed the next evening.

Negatives: they charged $100 per night EXTRA for incidentals. it was refunded after my stay but i wish i would’ve known about that before i arrived.

Negatives: Standard rooms are really tiny. In my opinion too tiny for this price. My wife and I joined the „legendary“ Strawberry Moon pool party at The Goodtime Hotel on Halloween Friday Oct 31st 2025. And I must say calling this a party is more than ridiculous! First they increase all prices for food/drinks 100% just because it’s pool „party“. And with that „party“ we come to the next point. That was no party at all. Just a DJ playing random boring songs. No good atmosphere at all, nobody dancing, no pool games or similar. Only boring. The sunbeds and a few cabanas were reserved from a few guys ordering only a few bottles which seems to be the absolute highlight at this event. Nothing else. And then you should pay 55$ for a watermelon greek cheese salad which has a price of 22$ when not pool party time. Really everyting is only show and no substance. Then at checkout they wanted to charge more than double of what I booked via Booking. I showed them the contract with Booking, the reservation confirmation including the price in the Booking app as well as the confirmation email. But they wanted to discuss. The forced me that I call the Booking customer support although they had a problem not me. I phoned with Booking customer service for 30 minutes. The Hotel did not want to talk to Booking customer service (I guess because they knew they are wrong). The most ridiculous thing was that the standard room price 110$ for each night and then they wanted to charge 603$ for the night of Halloween. They wanted to take advantage of us. But at the after my phone call with Booking they adjusted the invoice. But they tried to get the resort fee plus taxes for obe night more than we stayed and so they had to adjust the invoice once again. Overall this situation showed how unprofessional the staff handled this issue. Really poor performance. This Hotel really offers nothing than a good location and a nice styling. Their gym is also more show than substance.
