Positives:
Location and art deco design. Close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the magnifying mirror.

Need to hang out your “make my room up” sign or you won’t get your room serviced.

Positives:
The Staff were exceptional. Izzy and the bar area were excellent and really focused on customer service. The location is great for you to take advantage of South Beach.
Negatives:
It was very noisy at night when you were attempting to sleep. Way after midnight. The hallways are very quiet and the slightest noises, like doors closing or hallway conversations were disruptive.

Love staying here. Four minute walk to the ocean with the chairs and umbrella that’s provided for us along with beach towels. Rooms are great. I’m a light sleeper and heard nothing during the night.
