Negatives: Poor room service, and pool service. Have to wait a lot to get a pool towel or to order a drink. Extra credit card charges by mistake after my check out. Pool closes too early, and one afternoon they closed the pool at 5pm for a private business party which the music was extreme loud until 5am (yes, am). The lobby smells fried bacon specially in the morning, because the Market breakfast has an open kitchen. One morning, there was a couple at the pool that was not staying in the hotel, but ordering food and using all private areas; the staff mentioned they could not stay and use the pool, but they did not leave and the staff didn’t do anything… no consideration for those staying and paying for the hotel. The cost of the hotel is way above the service they provide.

Negatives: The lady who checked us in was awful and almost took double the amount from my credit card but the card declined the transaction and her response was just “oh the machine does that sometimes”, a machine just takes x2 3700$? And tried to charge me more when i already paid the accidentals on a different card. Awful experience
