Positives:
The hotel was clean, right on the beach and walking access to restaurants.
Negatives:
The hotel is run out, rooms are old, couldnt open the window. And if you have the city view room most likely youll be facing some AC unit or a wall. The pool was ok if you have kids but if you are traveling as couple theres no music or vibe at the pool area other than weekend. Overall unfortunately it was the worst 5* hotel and the worst Ritz Carlton we have ever stayed :(

- Amazing staff, Mrs. Sara, a young lady from Spain was absolutely amazing, kind and professional. All the rest of the staff including management were trying to do their best in fullfilling our requests.
- Perfect position, right at the crossroad of lincoln road and ocean drive, in the very heart of where you wanna be.
- Very clean, the rooms are in perfect condition. Bathroom is large, shower amenities are top-notch quality. Housecleaning is perfect.
Negatives:
- Super uncomfortable beds if your weight is above 250 pounds. Too soft, even without the topper. We needed to leave the hotel after just one night because of this problem, couldnt sleep the whole night. The management was extremely understanding and accepted us leaving without cancellation fees / penalties. I truly appreciated this.

Was not the exceptional experience the Ritz Carlton is known for. This property catered to large private parties. We (and other guests) were displaced in the pool area twice because the larger private parties needed the space. They took presidence over the other guests. Has this property turned into a convention center? Next time, Ill save my money and stay elsewhere.

Disappointed in the lack of Ritz Carlton standadrds. Too much Marriott and not enough Ritz Carlton

The ceiling is stained from water seeping in from above. But the biggest drawback is the bed. Her mattress was catastrophically too soft, our backs couldn't rest because our hips sunk in so deep, and there was a big cavity in the headboard that pillows kept falling into. The heads were much lower than the legs, like some cheap motel. Therefore, we did not rest. We were disappointed with this expensive hotel.
