It was a fairytale. Was friendly stuff, huge rooms, hotel located in a quiet area what is great for a family vacation time, location is close to the beach ?️ and public transportation, gorgeous swimming pool with a lot of beautiful plants, complimentary coffee and champagne every day ? was cool ?. Every room has a separate air conditioner what is awesome ? 24 hours desk.
In conclusion, absolutely recommend for other people who want comfortable and pleasant time

Finding the room was difficult at first.

Beach location. Happy hour every day at the lobby. They offer sparkling wine in the PM and Coffee in the morning. In the evening, we had margaritas every day at the sister hotel. Nice garden and staff. We were accomodated in the morning, so that was a plus after our early flight. And they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. Close to downtown, you can walk. They provide beach towel as many as you need.
Negatives:
It was dirty though. the mirrors had drops on them. Kitchen and floors are also sandy and dusty.
Too little kitchen utensils. The overall smell in the appartment was like nowbody lived thare for months.
Also, it was not mentioned that windows from the kitchen are open to trash bins outside with a smell, so no option to open the door in the kitchen. Once we arrived the very first day we were told the pool was closed for one day. But it was closed for next 4 days.
Anyway it was dirty when we finally could swim there.

The front desk person was not pleasant at all, I booked 2 rooms and she finished 1 room and walked away. I’m standing there waiting for someone to help me, The person at the desk thought I was finis, Finally got finished and some one brought us to our room. The room was decent but the pipes in the place were exposed . The lady at the front desk was spanish
she didn’t give information about the room. when she interact with another spanish person she was friendly and helpful. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

1)?Our hotel room was infested with flying insects. I woke up with bug bites several mornings in a row.
2)I was told upon arrival that they were going to charge an extra $38 *A DAY* ‘resort fee’
3)No housekeeping until day 5
4) Parking >$20 a day
