Pet welcome, Sunchairs, and a clean, spacious pool area.
Negatives:
Enormously expensive drinking water, rude staff at the pool, and noticeable indifference from the staff at the beach. Additionally, small requests were often ignored or delayed, leaving us feeling like customer service wasn't a priority. For the premium prices, we expected much better treatment and attentiveness.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting W South Beach Hotel. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
While the property itself was clean and the staff was friendly, I was disappointed to discover hidden fees that weren't disclosed on Booking.com when I made my reservation. Additionally, I found the food and beverages to be extremely overpriced. Transparency and fair pricing are important to me, so I hope the property takes steps to address these issues in the future. Three stars."
