I had an amazing stay at The W South Beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Before our trip, I reached out to coordinate a few surprises for my partner’s birthday, and the Noel not only helped with every detail but made the experience even more memorable than I imagined. The room was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel truly cared for. I can’t thank the staff enough for their thoughtfulness and hospitality.
