Location was spot on. Lots of places within walking distance. Friendly staff, lost of space in the one bedroom suite.

Bedroom TV was not working, I sent the front desk a message about it but no response. Also the ac was leaking and when I woke up my belongings were drenched in water.

The room was not cleaned up for the second day. The kitchen facilities were not working like Owen, coffee maker etc. Also there was some one knocking the door in the mid night.

As always, great shower, and extremely comfy bed. They could use more tv channels.

Ive stayed here several times. This time was no good.They had some WILDLY unruly, loud, hoodrats screaming outside at all hours of the night and early morning. One I got woken up at 6am! They did nothing. They were running low on towels and didnt always have fresh ones, and the guy at the desk overnights is lazy as hell.

Beautiful new rooms, great location close to the beach, overall never nice space with well maintained facilities. Cute and colorful, with matching beachy vibes.

Never once cleaned the room, even when we posted the door hanger requesting room cleaning. Had to repeatedly request new towels because new ones were never brought without direct request. The television was extremely hard to operate with no instructions.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived around 1 a.m. and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were given a ground floor room, which was especially convenient as we were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter and needed to go in and out several times a day.
The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There’s a laundromat nearby, along with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. A 24-hour Walgreens is just a minute away.
The pool area was another highlight: clean and well-maintained, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, inflatable rings, and kickboards. Our daughter absolutely loved it!
Overall, a wonderful hotel and great value for money.

Unsafe and nowhere to park. We left and bought another hotel

Dirty, run down and drug deals going on in the area we were supposed to stay. Horrible. We have tried to get a refund and they don’t respond.
