The location was great! Loved that it has a restaurant just down stairs and the cute little patio was the perfect spot to enjoy the weather.

No communication with staff. We had no communication regarding any amenities. No good view. No hot water in the sink. No real refrigerator. No microwave. Shower too small.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Great location. They offer free beach towels and chairs. Sister hotel just down the road with open bar Happy hour everyday and swimming pool. Discount on meals when you eat at the restaurant front of the hotel.

The food and drinks, the guy gave good customer service. I don't remember his name.
I like that you could walk to the beach and that it had so many retail and eatery stores that you could walk there. I would definitely stay there again, especially for the price I paid.

I didn't like that some of the staff didn't speak English if you asked them a question. One of the female servers was a little rude. It was a large group of us (15 plus) so maybe it was a bit overwhelming for her. But we felt a little rushed during our meal

the hotel itself was fine and the staff was helpful. Location was close to south beach.
Negatives:
The room next to us had their TV at full volume from approximately 1 am until we left the next morning. this prevented us from being able to sleep all night. Not only could you hear it throughout our room, but throughout the hallway as well.
