The hotel has a large parking and is easy to reach from the highway. The staff was friendly. The room was quiet. Lots of restaurants near by.

The location is not ideal but we knew it when booking so not a big deal. The swimming pool was closed which was very disappointing.

The First Night and next morning i / we could not take a shower because the room did not have hot water ( at all ) .
this was a problem after driving 16 hours to get to Miami .
The Second room did not have any wash cloths ( and the cleaning ladys / and The front desk told us that there was'nt any in the whole place ) so we had to go to a wal-mart and purchase them so we could get showers ... i had a show to perform and was in a panic .. i was very stressed out.

The facilities have an excellent location, near multiple places and important roads to connect to other places that you visit.
The employee of the breakfast area (Dominican Rep woman) is so cute, and every day that she has a big smile that brings you the energy to start the day.
Negatives:
The pool was on renovation works, when I reserved things, no informed me of this.
The housekeeping (trash recolection) needs to be put more attention. I reserve for 4 days and never pass to recollect the trash. I called #0 to inform that issue, but never passed.
