The check in w/ Marlon was fantastic! He was even able to upgrade us to a balcony room. The view was amazing and just made our stay. We stayed over night in Miami as we were boarding a cruise for my husband’s birthday. This hotel stay kicked off a fantastic week!

The lobby and staff were both nice.

The bed was super uncomfortable, there was no bidet in the room as described, the room was super small, I room was not "high up" as stated in the description of the room I selected, the hallways had a bad odor as well
